By accessing or using NexusGaming, the NexusPlay web cloud emulation platform, our Discord application bot, or affiliated APIs at nexusplay.kaywat.codes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Platform

NexusGaming provides browser-based cloud emulation, retro gaming state preservation, live stream discovery, and community features integrated with Discord. Our services enable registered users to stream gameplay, back up game saves, and interact across Discord community servers.

3. Account Registration & Discord Integration

To access certain features of NexusPlay or linked Discord role verification, you may register via GitHub, Discord OAuth2, or site credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Content & Intellectual Property Rights

All platform software, emulation architecture, user interface elements, branding, and custom tools are the intellectual property of NexusGaming. Users retain ownership of original stream content they broadcast. Users must ensure that any game files or custom save states uploaded for personal cloud use adhere to applicable copyright laws.

5. Acceptable Use & Conduct

When using NexusGaming or our Discord bot, you agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts or bots to exploit platform services without permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt cloud emulator servers, APIs, or database systems.
  • Transmit malicious content, malware, or illegal material.
  • Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users within community streams or Discord servers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

NexusGaming and NexusPlay are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted emulator availability or error-free stream delivery. NexusGaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service usage.

7. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
